Refunds are processed within 30 days of the event providing:
- No damage to the property
- Facility is clean
- User has complied with the rules for use
- No city ordinance or Port policy has been violated
- Contact main port office before 5PM (360) 293-3134.
- Contact security after 5PM (360) 661-5000 30 minutes before you are ready to leave to allow travel time for security officer.
