Rental Deposits
A $600 rental deposit must accompany all completed application to secure your booking. 

The rental deposit does not apply to your invoiced rental fees. Rental fees are due separately, prior to your event. Unless any of the criteria below apply, the rental deposit will be returned in the manner in which is it was paid, within 30 days after your event date.

  • Damage to the facility or equipment was caused during the event
  • Contract is neglected
  • Booking is cancelled within 180 days

Availability

  • Weekend rate is Friday thru Sunday
  • Weekday rate is Monday to Thursday  
  • Facility/item rental fee(s) are due 30 days prior to event date.
  • Bookings are taken on a first-come, first-served basis. The Transit Shed maximum occupancy is 350 people.
